Magazine Layouts: Formula for Success
This series of spreads from Stocknotes Spring 2026 was designed around a simple idea: student success isn’t a single moment—it’s built through showing up, getting involved and making connections. That idea is translated into a visual system that carries across the entire publication.
Rather than relying on a single layout approach, the design intentionally shifts between typographic, narrative and image-driven spreads while maintaining a consistent structure. Large-scale typography establishes key themes, while photography anchors those ideas in real student outcomes. Each spread is designed to stand on its own, but also contribute to a larger rhythm across the magazine.
The result is a flexible editorial system that reflects how students actually experience the program—not as a single highlight, but as a series of interactions, opportunities and decisions that build over time.
